Contests
I decided to enter Castle Danger in a few book award contests on the off-chance I might actually win a (supposedly) coveted prize. I just got word that my book is being “Featured” on the AmericanBookFest.com website for 5 months. Not an award as such, just a nice little perk for entering. Who knows, it might generate some interest.

While you’re there, check out the other books in my category or browse another category. Looks like there are some quality books from established authors in the mix.
Updates
The appearance at an Austin, MN locally owned, independent bookstore is still in the works; hopefully, it will happen in April.
Two loyal readers are planning to feature Castle Danger with their book clubs. One club intends to read it for their April meeting. The other is planning for sometime this summer.
If you belong to a book club and would like to read and discuss Castle Danger, I’d love to participate if you live in my area. Even if you’re outside of southern Minnesota, I think I can figure out how to do a video appearance via Skype.
My first book club appearance got rave reviews from the members, according to the facilitator, Julie.
If you decide to feature Castle Danger in your book club, don’t forget to download my Discussion Questions. I used them at the book club I attended and they generated some lively discussions.
