My final book event of the season looks to be lots of fun. An interesting mix of authors from southern Minnesota will be reading from their latest work. Then, we’ll all be selling and signing copies, and chatting with readers and fans about books and literature. All this will happen in the cozy comfort of the Interchange Wine & Coffee Bistro in downtown Albert Lea, MN.
Stop in to browse the author’s tables. Better yet, buy a book for yourself and/or one or more for the avid reader in your life. Signed books (hint: Castle Danger) by local authors (hint: Chris Norbury) make unique, personalized gifts that will be long-remembered and appreciated.
The fabulous Lisa Deyo, owner of Sweet Reads Books in Austin, MN, has done the tireless work of organizing this event, which I hope will be the first of many that will reach out to readers in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa.
