Twin Cities Book Festival

My last event in October will be a biggie: the Twin Cities Book Festival. It happens on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 10-5. The event happens at the Progress Center, 1621 Randall Ave. (at Cosgrove Street) on the MN State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights MN.

This is a BIG EVENT. More than ONE HUNDRED publishers, literary organizations, book dealers, authors will be there. In addition, exhibitors will offer special prices on merchandise and other perks, and many include author signings at their tables (I’m always happy to sign a book if you buy one or more). In addition to the Book Fair, there’ll be a used book and record sale, a book festival raffle, and a photo wall, and author events throughout the day (think readings and short presentations).

I’m excited to attend my first TCBF. I hope you can join me and hundreds of other readers for this premier event.

Odds & Ends

Reviews keep trickling in, for which I’m grateful. EVERY review–positive or negative–helps authors like me who are not big names. Not only have reviews been coming in steadily this year, but my ratings have remained excellent for all three novels. At Goodreads.com, (and also at Amazon.com)  I’m averaging well over 4 stars for each book–a mark of excellence that not all authors can brag about–even some bestselling names.

Thank you too all who’ve posted reviews. For those who haven’t . . . it’s NEVER TOO LATE. đŸ™‚
