Updated Summer Reads 2020

Updated Summer Reads 2020–Almost forgot my newest publication

In my previous post, “Summer Reads 2020,” I forgot to mention and provide a link to my new book (technically a short story in a new anthology), Cooked to Death, Vol. V: Restaurant in Peace. My short story is titled “Killer Fish Tacos.” It’s about a determined young female chef who opens a food truck in Straight River, MN only to find that she’s not quite as welcome as the locals let on. It’s a cozy mystery that was fun to write and features a recipe for fish tacos from an outstanding Mexican restaurant in my town.

I corrected that oversight and also added the Buy Now Button for access to my website store. This is where you can buy SIGNED COPIES of all three of my books directly from me for a special price–$20, which includes sales tax, a donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern MN, and FREE SHIPPING.

If you’re ready to buy now, please click on the button below, which will take you directly to my website store.

By default, I’ll personalize my message to the person who buys the book, but if you’re getting a book as a gift (hint, hint, FATHERS’ DAY), simply send me an email right after you make your purchase and tell me to whom I should address my signature. It’s quick and easy and you should receive your book within a week-depending on Media Mail delivery speed. Unfortunately, I can’t make this offer to anyone living outside the United States because of the high cost of international shipping.

Don’t forget:

If you enjoyed reading any or all of my books and have NOT posted a brief online review at Goodreads.com or Amazon.com, please do so. It’s a great way to help me (AND thousands of other authors) generate buzz and sell a few books during the pandemic. We can’t get out and meet our customers as we did in the past, so reviews, as well as word of mouth advertising (Tell your friends!), help offset lost sales. You’re not only helping a local author, but you’re also helping a small business.

THANK YOU
