Among this week’s odds & ends, I’ve got some new photos and videos uploaded for my Exclusive Newsletter subscribers. (Want to see them and a lot of other special content? Simply use the “Exclusive Newsletter Subscriber Form” found on the upper right corner of my HOME page and several others.) Also, I’ve got some additions and one subtraction from my Events & Appearances page. Finally, I’m making a push to convert Facebook friends I’ve made on my personal profile over to my Author Page so everyone who wants can keep up with my writing-related posts.
Photos
Here are a few teaser photos from our recent R & R up to the REAL Castle Danger, just north of Two Harbors MN. The area has been built up in this century with new restaurants, resorts, and a revitalized state park, so it’s a far cry from what I first encountered during my first drive-through when I was 9 years old (back in 1965). The Castle Danger I invented for my book of the same name is in that general area but is a larger town–sort of an amalgamation of all the little burgs that dot the shoreline from Duluth to Grand Portage.

For Newsletter subscribers, in the April 2021 issue, I’ll post a video of surfers we saw on Lake Superior during our trip. 29 degrees when we stopped to watch. Lake water temp is usually about 34-35 degrees in March. All I can say is, “Crazy!”

Schedule Changes
See the E & A page. The big addition is Downtown Thursdays in Owatonna MN the first Thursday in June, July, and August.
Facebook Changes
Because FaceBook changed something (and confused me into making that change–I don’t really want it), I’d like to get those of you who are my book fans/readers and currently follow my FB personal profile to also follow my author page, ChrisNorburyWriter. Why? Because I can no longer easily share FB posts, comments, or anything to do with my writing activities, appearances, events, etc., across both pages–personal and professional. I don’t know why FB made this change, but now I seem to have lost the ability to monitor the groups I belong to and stay up to date with them in a timely manner.
So please, if you follow me for my writing and books, please click on ChrisNorburyWriter and click the “Follow” or “Like” buttons so you don’t miss any book-related content from me. Thanks.
